Joe was a creative young boy and had a passion for plastic models, spending all his free time building plastic and metal cars. He also loved horror movies. In 1994, Joe created his first Nightmare on Elm Street glove replica. Then, he created his first Jason Voorhees. Mask replica. Even though he was creating Halloween costume every year (Freddy Krueger, The Crow, Michael Myers, Ghost Face), it's only in 2007 that Joe creates his first "real" costume: Optimus Prime. From this moment, Joe had an instant crush with costume and prop creation. With a desire to reach the professional level, Joe has created many screen-accurate costumes and props since then.
Being a proficient carpenter, Joe also built his own vac form table from scratch and specializes in molds. He is also a fantastic weapon builder. He is known for his precision and attention to detail.
Melle got an instant crush for makeup fx when she saw the "Making of the Thriller video" at 4 years-old. Being super crafty, Melle tried pretty much every type of arts. When she was a teenager, she developed a true passion for sculpting. Since then, she sculpts with many mediums such as clay, sugar and chocolate. In 2010, she met Joe and they joined forces to create together. Since then, Melle created many costume replica such as the Silent Hill nurse, Harley Quinn (Asylum version) and Sil from the movie species.
Melle is a certified florist and cake designer instructor. She is also a proficient sculptor and makeup artist. She is known for her creativity and versatility.
